TAP is IBM’s internal app store, designed exclusively for employee use to facilitate easy access to applications, referred to as Innovations within. My team and I were assigned the task of reimagining TAP’s interface and user experience to align with modern design standards to enhance usability across IBM’s workforce. We focused on creating a streamlined, intuitive design that allows employees to quickly find, download, and manage the resources they need, supporting productivity and user engagement within the organization.
